ORDERING AND TRACKING

Products purchased by the final consumer (retail) are dispatched within 7 business days and wholesale orders (shopkeeper) within 7 to 12 business days. They leave our Distribution Center and are sent by COURIERS or partner carriers hired at the time of ordering, according to the delivery method selected at the time of purchase. When you complete the order, and after sending the product, you will receive the tracking code in your customer's area and so you can track the location of your order directly through the postal service's website. ATTENTION - In case there is restriction or impossibility of home delivery by Correios to the address indicated at the time of purchase, it is at the customer's disposal to pick up the order at the Correios company responsible for delivery to the stipulated address.

SHIPPING OR WITHDRAWAL

Delivery of orders or pick up in store will only be carried out after confirmation of payment for the product and its chosen shipping, the value may vary according to size, weight and distance from the delivery location. During the purchase, the consumer must select the way to receive their product (except for free shipping, which by default will only be made via PAC). Only after choosing this information will the consumer make the purchase.

NATIONAL RETAIL EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

TRINCKS exchange policy is flexible: we accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order, and exchanges for defects within 30 days.

1. The freight cost of the exchange or return of your purchase will be partial, that is, one (1) freight for the return or shipment will be paid by Trincks and another by the customer.

In your first purchase on our website, the RETURN is by us, requesting through the email vende@trincks.com.br or in our service channels via retail whatsapp 16 99190 2667 , telephone contact 16 3406 4007 and you will receive instructions for send the product back to our DISTRIBUTION CENTER, via post office. The customer will pay for the shipment of the product for exchange or return of the product. Upon posting, send a photo of the proof of delivery of the object with the order number you received in your email during the purchase made on our website. Upon receipt of the product at our distribution center, the parts will be analyzed and if everything is correct according to the instructions, you will receive a SHOPPING CARD to choose new parts. Please note, the NEW PURCHASE shipping will be included in the FREE EXCHANGE courtesy, this courtesy is for your FIRST PURCHASE and ONLINE RETURN!

2. You can exchange your purchase for any other product on the website;

3. If you prefer, you can keep a credit to your Trincks account to use on your next purchase.

4. The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;

5. The RETURN request must be made within 07 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;

6. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service;

7. Customized products with adjustments (sheaths, pence, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.

8. Important: The refund of amounts will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product(s) in our distribution center, according to the general conditions described at the beginning.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

- With tags and seals intact;

- Not washed or used, no odors or stains, and no changes made by the customer (eg, hem adjustment, pence, etc.);

- It is not necessary the electronic invoice (DANFE) or a copy of it.;

- After the department's analysis, if the defect is found, we will send by e-mail an Exchange Voucher code for the same amount paid for the product in question, this Exchange Voucher can be used exclusively in our online store;

- All analyzed products will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found, or if any of the conditions described above have been breached.

Boa tarde, Recebi duas calças, uma estava perfeita e gostei muito do material e modelo, porém a segunda calça veio com um defeito enorme. Solitei a troca, prontamente me enviaram o código para que fosse feita a logística reversa nos correios. Sugiro que os produtos sofram uma inspeção antes do envio, pois mesmo com a rapidez da troca tivemos que nos locomover até os correios para o envio do produto defeituoso e como não temos agência próxima isso causa perda de tempo e gasto com transporte por parte do cliente.
